Strays Halfway House wants to thank all that came out to visit us at the Chicagoland Pet Expo that was held March 16th, 17th and 18th at the new Schaumburg Convention Center.
Our "Spin To Win" wheel was a huge success bringing in much needed funds that will be used 100% on the rising medical costs and care of our foster animals. It was really nice being able to talk with some former adopters of 10 years plus and to hear that their "kids" were still doing great. Some of our new "proud parents" also stopped by to give us updates. Strays HH would like to thank our volunteers: Joyce, Carol S., Carol R., Peggy, Doren, Jennifer, Joann, Janice, Sherry, Gary V., Barb, Gary, Kristi, Melissa, Emily, Don, Joan, Judy, Sean, Denise, Jessica, Lisa and Adam. Without our volunteers and supporters, SHH could not continue to succeed in our mission that was started almost 26 years ago.
