Strays Halfway House wants to thank all of the people that attended this years holiday party at Villa Olivia. It was a huge success because of all of the wonderful silent auction items that were so generously donated by businesses and local supporters. Not a single item was left at the end of the event. Everyone enjoyed local guitarist, Glen Murschel during dinner, followed by Disc Jockey, Don Esposito, when everyone then slipped on their dancing shoes. What a bigger surprise it was when Elvis stopped in to croon many of the ladies on the dance floor. We would again like to thank everyone for their continued support for the past 27 years, the volunteers that help to make things happen at different events throughout the year, and the foster homes that give our animals a nice safe home until they are adopted. I know that two of our attendees were even happier than others when their names were drawn as winners in our large raffle.
