Manny is a sweet young boy that was a "victim" of an eviction in a southwestern city. He is gentle, friendly and playful and enjoys lounging in a lap. He runs around his foster home playing with Rochester and it would probably be best if he went into a new home that has another young cat to play. Manny is neutered, microchipped, up to date with his shots and front declawed.
